Our doors exceed Australian standards.

Our screen doors have been tested on a NATA approved test bench in accordance with the Australian security AS50412003 standard to hinged security doors. Our anti-theft door has passed safety tests, such as dynamic impact test, blade shear test, and Jemmy test.

Dynamic impact test.

This test simulates a thief’s physical attack on the screen, such as heavy objects. A bag of sand and lead is thrown on the safety screen five times, generating 100 joules of force, more than any thief can apply. In order to pass this test, the privacy screen cannot come out of the door or break under any circumstances.

Our door consists of a single perforated aluminum plate, which is fixed in the aluminum frame by our top mesh fastening system. The frame wall is 25% thicker than the industry standard to increase strength. The overall result is an extremely durable screen that has been tested to maintain excellent grip during physical attacks, and even the most determined attacker cannot pull it out.

Blade shear test

This test is performed by simulating an attack where an attacker trying to cut the screen with a knife or sharp object. In this test, a specially designed machine pulls the blade 3 times along the same line and each time uses a new knife. If the blade continuously cuts 15 cm or more after the third pull, the test is considered unsuccessful. Our security doors have passed this test very easily.

Jemmy test

Our security triple lock door can prevent intruders to the greatest extent. It not only has a center buckle, but also an inner rod connected to two additional buckles, one above the center buckle and the other below it. The door is also connected to the door frame. At the three fastening points with barbed safety hinges, this means that the door cannot be completed even if the hinge lever is removed. This means that there are six points connecting the Door to the column, making it easier to pass the Jamie test.

Colour options

For your home, we have 6 popular colors to choose from to suit your personal taste and complement your porch. Always use samples prepared on the production line to confirm your color selection for final color approval.

Perforated aluminum mesh

The corrosion-resistant aluminum sheet is perforated and coated with a black powder coating. All our doors come with black hinges, a black door closer and a black door lock.
